PERCHE' HO SCELTO SCHAUN UN "BOXER"

La storia del rumeno che ha ucciso a badilate il boxer mi puzza tantissimo...non esiste che un qualsiasi cane aggredisca di punto in bianco senza motivo.... sono sicura che ci sono stati dei disagi psichici o fisici del cane e lui non li ha visti e/o considerati..., bisogna poi vedere come veniva tenuto questo cane... troppo spesso i cani vengono maltrattati ,denutriti, tenuti legati alla catena, picchiati...poi improvvisamente nasce la tragedia.... è una storia che mi lascia quanto meno perplessa e che, secondo me, manca di molti parti..., tanto alla fine è sempre colpa del cane.

concordo, ma lascio questi articoli, per essere abbastanza coerente, bilanciando la reale vita da boxer, e mettendo in evidenza anche racconti negativi, anche da questi possiamo trarre lati positivi.
La storia e tragica, anche io ho una visione distorta, intanto la cosa che subito mi colpisce e una, colpire a morte, se analizzo la scena, la mia prorità e salvare mio figlio, colpire con un badile il cane, dopo due colpi, logica vuole, che il cane molli la presa, e al massimo si lancia sul colpitore, in caso contrario l'accanimento al morso del soggetto minorenne, mi fa pensare qualcosa che va oltre, (tipo malattia mentale). portare il cane alla morte lo devi colpire ripetutamente sul cranio, e escludo un solo colpo, troppa efferatezza, non saprei, bisognerebbe entrare nello specifico..

Boxer Dog Saves Owner’s Life

A Weymouth individual has his dog to thank for helping save his life.

Tom Beradinelli was walking his 8-year-old boxer Maggie on the beach close to his home Thursday night when he slipped and fell on a patch of ice.
Beradinelli, 70, landed on his head. He was knocked unconscious and experienced a brain bleed and significant head trauma.

Maggie was able to find her way to a close by house and was outside jumping at the door. That got the attention of the dogs inside the house and their owner, Joe Tanko, who recognized her.

“So I ran to the door and I saw Maggie with no Tom at the end of the leash,” Tanko said.

Tanko right away believed something was not OK.


He discovered Beradinelli lying in a snow bank and called 911. Doctors told Beradinelli’s wife that her husband most likely would not have made it if he had been there much longer.
“Your husband’s alive because the dog went to that door,” Christine Bernadinelli says the doctors told her.

Beradinelli was taken to the hospital, where he went through surgery. He continues to be in the Intensive Care Unit, however he is talking once again, which doctors point out is an excellent sign.

Dave Furukawa, the visually-impaired owner of Simon, a brindle boxer, was walking his son, Will, to school when a red Chrysler ran through the stop sign and hit the dog as they crossed a street on Monday. The courageous boxer was hit by the vehicle, but bounced up soon enough to save little Will’s life. His owner, the visually-impaired Dave Furukawa, said the brindle boxer revealed “true loyalty and courage.”

“What people have said is that Simon either got up or jumped out, and pushed my son out of the path of the car,” Furukawa told WXIA-TV.
A number of bystanders raced over to the boy and picked him up from the ground. As they carried him to his mother down the street, Simon hobbled alongside. “Broken leg, and he had a gash on his side and he had internal bleeding – but he followed home,” Furukawa said. “Once he was sure Will was okay, he laid down.” The family rushed the injured 80-pound dog to an emergency vet, but Simon died on the way.

My ex husband used to abuse me. My beloved Boxer Bobby used to protect me from him.

When the ex would try to hit me Bobby would growl and bark at him. When I did get hit Bobby would cuddle up with me and would lick away my tears. He saved me from a lot of beatings.

It will be 12 years in June when my Bobby went over the Rainbow Bridge. I have his picture tattooed on my right leg where he would rest his head.

I miss and still love him very much. I know he is still watching over me.

The best part about this story is that Bobby was my ex’s dog. When we moved in together Bobby became my baby.

Boxer Warns 3-year-old of Dangerous Snake

Koda, a brindle Boxer from Henry Country, GA, is our most recent hero!

Last week while playing with his 3-years-old owner, Kade Boyd, Koda started to become very aggressive.

“The dog starts barking really loud, growling. As I come out, Kade says, ‘Mommy, the dog is being so mean, he won’t let me play on my bike.’ I look and the dog is getting in front, growling at Kade, running him off when he tries to get on the bike. So I go over and look and there’s a copperhead curled up by the tire,” said Lakin Boy, Kade’s mother.
Luckily and thanks to Koda, Kade’s mom could kill the snake before it did any harm despite the fact that it was just a few feet away from the young child.

There’s definitely a special bond between Koda and Kade. When the Boxer found the digressive snake his protective instincts kicked in.

“I was grateful after it was all over for the dog being there and seeing it all,” Boyd said. “They’re definitely bonded even if Kade falls down in the driveway and the dog’s in the fence, he’ll cry and claw to try to get out.”

“They’re best friends — that’s what Kade says. He’s his best dog friend,” said Lakin Boyd.

Kade’s mom says Koda is usually not aggressive, so she knew right away the behavior was not normal.

Saving Her Sister’s Life

When my daughter was about 16 months old, she slept in a toddler bed in the same room as my husband and I. Our boxer Dixie, slept at the foot of her bed every night.
One night, we had all gone to bed and everything was fine. At a little after midnight, Dixie came to my side of the bed and started nudging and licking my arm. I groggily sat up to see what she was doing and as I did, I heard a noise. “Thump, thump, thump.” I told my husband to turn the light on and when he did I was terrified at what I saw. My daughter was having a seizure and the noise I heard was her hitting her head on the headboard of the bed. She was not breathing and had already turned blue around her mouth.

We rushed her to the hospital and eventually she was fine, but I shudder to think what would have happened, had Dixie not come to me and made me wake up.

I loved that dog with all of my heart and I believe she loved us the same. We had to have her put down in October of 2011 and I still miss her terribly. I hope she is running and playing and having a great time at the Rainbow Bridge!

la storia del ragazzo salvato dall'incendio in America postato da Shaun la conoscevo anch'io, è di qualche anno fa e vidi il proprietario in un video davanti alla sua casa ridotta ad un cumulo di macerie piangere come un bambino per il suo boxer che gli aveva salvato la vita ma che era rimasto ucciso nell'incendio.. straziante davvero.
la storia del rumeno è moooolto strana invece.. boh chissà che c'era sotto. che poi in tanti si riempiono la bocca a dire che hanno dei boxer quando in realtà hanno degli incroci con razze molto più aggressive e potenzialmente pericolose.

Ieri schaun ha fatto qualcosa che fa accresceee le mie aspettative, era fuori in giardino in uno dei pochi momenti in cui non pioveva, io lo osservavo dal vero dela veranda, all improvviso ha iniziato a correre e abbaiare lungo il perimetro della rete che mi separa dall esterno, una scena di circa 4 o 5 secondi, mi son insospettito son uscito fuori, e ho notato, un vicino di casa che ha tratti somatici exstracomunitari aggirarsi li vicino, e qualcosa forse di stupido nel complesso, ma sicuramente preferisco cosi che alla sua totale indifferenza, poi magari non l fara piu, ma ieri lo ha fatto, curiosita? Classico atteggiamento da cucciolo che vuole attenzionare? Non so, ma per ora ve lo segnalo...

Opie dovresti chiederlo a lui, io ho evidenziato solo l aspetto diverso del mio vicino, per dare una sorta di giustificazione, in quanto, essendo di pelle scura, barba lunga, con la pioggia particolarmente incappucciato, e coperto, magari il cane ha visto una sagoma inusuale e ha abbaiato, tutto qui, non lo aveva mai fatto quando era in giardino, specie lungo quella recinzione ove e di passaggio tutto il vicinato!

Idea non saprei, ma non lo ha mai fatto, probabilmente vedendo la lunga barba incappucciato, impermeabile, si e impressionato, OPPURE COME DICE OPIE, IL MIO CANE E POLIGLOTTA E VOLEVA SOLO COMUNICARE... hahahahaha
